All sales are final. Each livery kit is custom-designed and produced based on your individual preferences. Because of this customization, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to change anything with your order before it is shipped, please email overmodify.cs@gmail.com.
We encourage you to carefully review your design choices and ensure all specifications are correct before finalizing your order. Over Modify cannot be held responsible for any errors or dissatisfaction resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
While we do not accept returns or provide refunds, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your livery kit arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a corrective solution at our discretion.
Lead Time: 5-6 Weeks
At Over Modify, each livery kit is crafted to your vehicle's specifications. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, please allow a lead time of 5-6 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
Once your order is placed, it will be queued for production. You will receive an order confirmation email, which will include an estimated production and shipping timeline. Please note that this timeline is an estimate, and actual production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your order and current production capacity.
Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping, while international orders may take longer. Please consider these timelines in addition to the 5-6 week production lead time.
